We own and operate three processing facilities in Northern Mexico and another facility in El Paso, TX.

This enables us to process over 150 million pounds all year long of various peppers such as jalapeños, green chiles, cayenne, cherry, banana , bell peppers, and also tomatillos, chipotles, nopalitos, and poblanos, yellow chiles and other Mexican specialties.

We pride ourselves for being a vertical integrated company ; as our operations begin, starting in our own greenhouses, to producing our own distilled vinegar, to making our own tin cans, plastic jars and card board boxes.

But above all, our product quality is of the upmost importance, we take pride in having our facilities certified by BRC with AA ratings, and also our detailed oriented service to our clients to be one of the main reasons driving our continuous growth.
